Who is eligible for trade pricing at CoveringsETC?
Trade pricing is available to
licensed architects, interior designers, general contractors, tile and stone
fabricators, kitchen and bath dealers, hospitality designers, real estate
developers, and other verified construction and design professionals. Applicants
must submit a trade application for review by our team.

minutes to complete. After submission, you'll receive a confirmation email
immediately, and your application will be reviewed by our team within 72 business

What pricing do trade partners receive?
Approved trade partners receive
wholesale, trade-tier pricing across the full CoveringsETC catalog, including
Eco-Terr® terrazzo slabs and tiles, Bio-Glass® recycled glass surfaces, and GEO
BRICKS®. Trade pricing is applied automatically when you log in with your
approved trade account.
Can trade partners order free samples?
Yes. One of the primary benefits
of the Trade Partner Program is complimentary sample ordering. Approved trade
members can request physical material samples at no charge, with no minimum
order and no restocking fees. Samples ship directly to your office or project
site.
Do trade partners getearly access to new products?
Yes. Trade Partners are the first
to receive notice of new product launches, limited-run colorways, and exclusive
collections not available to the general public. Some SKUs and collections are
only accessible to approved trade members.
Does CoveringsETC work on custom or specification projects?
Yes. Our trade team works directly
with architects and designers on specification projects, including custom
colorways, project-specific sizing, and large-format orders. Contact us through
your trade account or reach out to our team to begin a specification
conversation.

What happens after my trade application is approved?
Once your application is approved,
you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions to set up or log into
your account. Trade pricing and exclusive product access will be active
immediately upon login. You can begin ordering samples and browsing the full
trade catalog right away.
Can I have multiple users under one trade account?
Please contact our trade team to
discuss multi-user access for firms or studios with multiple specifiers. We’re
happy to accommodate studio and firm-level accounts.
What if my application is not approved?
If we’re unable to verify your
credentials or your business type falls outside the program’s current
eligibility, our team will reach out by email to explain the decision and offer
alternative options. You’re welcome to reapply with additional documentation.
